Add the Neo-Flour Premium Manioc, the almond flour and the butter in the mixer bowl until you get a sandy paste. Add the egg and turn again until the dough begins to form. Slightly flatten the ball, film it and let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then place it in the mould. Prick the bottom and edges with a fork, set aside in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Cook the bacon in the pan for about 10 min over medium heat, set aside.
Put the eggs, fresh cream, nutmeg and pepper in a bowl, mix until a homogeneous. Add the bacon and the cheese. Pour this preparation into the mould with the pie crust.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for 40 minutes.
