Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Peel the potatoes, boil until tender, and smash it well to make 100g of puree. Leave it to cool down.
In a bowl, mix the Neo-Flour Premium Manioc, rapped cheese, butter, salt and milk until it is homogeneous.
Add the potatoes puree at ambient temperature and continue mixing until you form a homogeneous dough.
Make small balls then bake for 45 min at 180 °C, or in the Airfryer at 180 °C for 12 min.
