200g Neo-Flour Premium Manioc
1 tbsp sugar
80ml warm water
60g corn starch or potato starch
30g rice flour
6g guar gum
7g dehydrated baker's yeast
2 eggs (1 for the dough and 1 for gilding)
1 pinch of salt
Warm the milk, add the butter, stirring to melt it. Pour in the sugar and warm water.
In a bowl, mix the flours with salt and dry yeast. Add the liquid mixture and 1 egg. Stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Cover and leave to swell for 1 hour at room temperature.
By flouring your hands and the dough well, form 4 small regular balls and place them on the baking tray covered with baking paper. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place or in the oven preheated to 40 °C.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Beat the remaining egg and brush them with a brush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20 minutes.
