3 ripe bananas
140g brown sugar
10g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
5g ginger powder
100g nuts (hazelnuts, pecans, almonds)

Melt the butter and let it cool down.
Grill the nuts, coarsely crush them.
Peel the bananas, mash 2 with a fork to obtain a coarse mash.

Beat together the butter, egg yolks and sugar, then add the banana puree, powdered ginger and vanilla extract.

Pour into a buttered cake pan.
Cut the last banana in two lengthwise, brush them with maple syrup and place them on top of the dough.
