90g Neo-Flour Premium Manioc
150g tuna canned
1 red pepper
70g pitted green or black olives
1 sachet of baking powder
100ml vegetable oil
1 knob of butter for the mold
2 branches of chives
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Rinse, remove the seeds and cut the peppers into small dice.
Drain the tuna from the can.
Cut the olives into rings.
In a food processor, mix the Neo-Flour Premium Manioc and baking powder, add the eggs, milk and oil. Mix until all
ingredients are well incorporated.
Finally add the crumbled tuna, pepper, parmesan, olives and chopped chives. Add salt and pepper.
Butter and flour a cake pan then bake for 45 min.
Let cool for a few moments and enjoy it.
