170g Neo-Flour Premium Manioc
150g butter at ambient temp.
100g icing sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
In a bowl, whisk the butter and sugar to a creamy mixture, add the eggs and mix.
Add the Neo-Flour and baking powder.
Grate the zest of 1 ½ lemon and incorporate it into the preparation.
Pour into the mould and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 55min.
Remove from the oven.
Squeeze 3 lemons and mix the juice with 100g icing sugar. Pour over the cake, still hot, in the mould, let the cake absorb all the liquid (about 20 min.) And unmould.
