Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Melt 100g of chocolate in the microwave and cut the rest into very small pieces.
Mix the Neo-Flour Premium Manioc, cornstarch, coconut, sugar, yeast and salt.
In another bowl, combine the milk, vanilla and oil (or butter).
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix well.
Add the chocolate in pieces.
Pour part of the preparation and add part of the melted chocolate. Distribute it well (with a knife, in a circle, for example) and repeat the operation until you run out of dough and melted chocolate.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
