Butter a 24cm diameter mould.
Cut the carrots into rings.
In a bowl, put the Neo-Flour, baking powder, salt and cardamom.
In a blender, mix the eggs, sugar, coconut oil and carrots for 5 minutes
Pour the preparation of the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently to incorporate them well.
Pour into the mould and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 50 minutes.
Let cool for at least 15 min. before unmoulding it.
For the topping, mix with a whisk the whey protein, the tahini, the cocoa and the water. Pour over the cake and enjoy!
