240g Neo-Flour Premium Manioc
150g brown sugar + 150g for caramel
100g butter (100ml vegetable oil)
20g baking powder
Mix the Neo-Flour Premium Manioc and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix in a blender, the eggs, the butter, 150g of sugar and the milk.
Pour the contents of the blender into the bowl with the Neo-Flour and baking powder, mix well with a whisk.
Make a caramel with 150g of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.
Pour the caramel into a buttered mould.
Cut the bananas lengthwise and arrange them on the warm caramel.
Pour the batter mixture over the bananas.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Unmould while the cake is still warm.
