Ingredients
80g Neo-Flour Premium Manioc
1 tsp of chia seeds mixed with 2 ½ tsp of orange juice or water
100g tahini
80ml maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
60ml cashew milk or almond milk
60 ml melted coconut oil
80g pecan nuts cut in chips
½ table spoon baking soda
100g vegan dark chocolate in chips
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds with water or orange juice and leave it rest for 10 minutes to become chia eggs.
Mix in a bowl, the chia eggs, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cashew milk and melted coconut oil.
In another bowl, mix the Neo Flour Premium Manioc, chocolate chips, pecans chips, and baking soda.
Slowly combine the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until you have a well-mixed batter.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Pour the final mix into a mould covered by a parchment paper and add extra pecans and chocolate chips on top.
Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let it cool before cutting. Store it in the fridge.
