Delivery Addresses

We ask our customers to enter a correct and complete delivery address. Then you can choose the most convenient pick-up parcel shops among the thousands available throughout Europe.

Packaging Integrity

Our products will be dispatched with appropriated boxes for delivery handling, however, it is possible that package could be damaged in transit. It is important you check your parcel before signing the delivery note. In case of any damage from the handling and transportation that you do not accept, the damaged package will return and we will dispatch another package to you.

Delivery Tariffs

We aim to propose an economic and suitable option with deliveries to more than forty thousand parcel pick-up shops in Europe, there will be one close to your residence or work station. We offer free deliveries depending on the number of purchased items, you can make a cost simulation during the check-out process. Our negotiated tariffs are directly passed to our customers and varies by country due to our supplier’s transportation price table.

If you prefer to be delivered directly to your residence or office, please contact us and we will inform you the cost based on the required number of products.

Lead Time for Delivery

All orders are handled and dispatched to transporter within two working days, notifications from transporter will inform you the exact date of delivery to the parcel pickup shop or your destination. In case you don’t collect the parcel, your order will return to us marked undelivered / uncollected. In this case, for the order to be dispatched a second time you will be charged for a second delivery.


If you are not satisfied, you can return your order unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a refund. Please inform us by email and we will send you the return voucher. You will just need to print it and bring the package to the parcel shop of your choice. Refunds are processed after receiving back the goods and in the same account, card or other method used originally for the payment.

Consumers’ right of withdrawal

According to EU Directive 97/7/EC, the consumer may decide to cancel the purchase contract within a period of fourteen days, without penalty and without giving a reason. The only charge that may be made to the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods. The start of the withdrawal period is the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer.

If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, you shall notify us by e-mail or website contact form and we proceed to the refund. If your order has been dispatched, you can return it within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.


We will refund you the total value that we received from your purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 days after receiving back the goods and in the same account, card or other method used originally for the payment.
